About the Role for Pharmaceutical Territory Manager

As a Pharmaceutical Territory Manager, your role is pivotal in driving our product sales and enhancing the visibility of our pharmaceutical solutions. You’ll engage directly with healthcare professionals and organizations, tailoring your strategies to increase awareness and use of our products within your territory. This position demands not just knowledge of our product line but also an understanding of the healthcare landscape to meet the specific needs of providers and patients alike.

Your responsibilities include identifying key opportunities for growth, presenting product benefits accurately, and fostering strong relationships to build trust in our brand. By staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, you’ll ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive. Your efforts in education and promotion will directly impact patient care and contribute to our overall mission of advancing healthcare solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Demonstrates business acumen and ability to understand disease state, products and market place
  • Displays teamwork and collaboration and understands that these are the fuel for organizational success
  • Exhibit strong territory skills by identifying and physically calling on appropriate numbers of healthcare provider targets with the required frequency
  • Demonstrates a total office call approach to selling by placing value on every interaction and conversation with the HCP
  • Basic understanding of key payers, providers, and healthcare systems in the geography preferred but not required
  • Ensures policies, legislation and procedures are adhered to: including company SOPs, 21 CFR Part 11 and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
  • Possess a current and valid license at all-times with clean motor vehicle record for the past 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Experience

  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent oral communication and written skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Possess a current and valid license at all-times with clean motor vehicle record for the past 5 years
  • Documented successful sales track record
