In the role of Pharmaceutical Territory Manager, the primary goal is to elevate the presence and sales of the company’s pharmaceutical offerings through strategic engagement with healthcare professionals and organizations.  Incorporating “Mentoring Programs as a Skill Refinement Strategy” enriches this approach, focusing on not just raising product awareness. Sales Specialist promotes product sales through effective interaction with health care professionals and organizations, this expanded focus aims to not only elevate awareness, involves a deep dive into the healthcare ecosystem and a comprehensive approach to understanding and addressing the unique needs within the healthcare landscape, tailoring interactions to highlight the distinct advantages of the company’s products. The position requires a combination of market analysis, personalized communication, and a deep commitment to building lasting relationships within the medical community, aiming to foster a widespread adoption and preference for the company’s pharmaceutical solutions, establishing our brand as a leader in healthcare solutions

Essential Functions

  • Demonstrates business acumen and ability to understand disease state, products and market place
  • Displays teamwork and collaboration and understands that these are the fuel for organizational success
  • Exhibit strong territory skills by identifying and physically calling on appropriate numbers of healthcare provider targets with the required frequency
  • Demonstrates a total office call approach to selling by placing value on every interaction and conversation with the HCP
  • Basic understanding of key payers, providers, and healthcare systems in the geography preferred but not required
  • Ensures policies, legislation and procedures are adhered to: including company SOPs, 21 CFR Part 11 and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
  • Possess a current and valid license at all-times with clean motor vehicle record for the past 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Experience

  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent oral communication and written skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Possess a current and valid license at all-times with clean motor vehicle record for the past 5 years
  • Documented successful sales track record
