SUMMARY: 

The Director of Brand Marketing is responsible for shaping and maintaining the perception of a brand in the marketplace. This person will work to ensure consistency across all marketing and focus on strategies that grow brand equity, market share, and customer loyalty.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Craft clear, compelling brand positioning that differentiates products in a competitive market.
  • Develop and optimize product messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with broader professional skincare category strategies.
  • Adapt and enhance marketing assets to support evolving brand priorities throughout the product(s) life cycle.
  • Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to translate complex product features into meaningful customer benefits.
  • Support product launches by creating presentations that include competitive analysis, market research, and promotional strategies.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and sales stakeholders to plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns, including GWPs, seasonal initiatives, and holiday offerings.
  • Own the quarterly promotional and event calendar to ensure alignment across teams and timely communication of initiatives.
  • Drive development of creative assets for field social materials
  • Create impactful sales tools and assets that position the Company favorably in the marketplace
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets and field needs.
  • Deliver monthly competitive intelligence reports covering pricing, positioning, and market trends to maintain a strategic advantage.
  • Leverage customer feedback and data to identify challenges and inform continuous improvements in marketing and product strategies.
  • Manage and enhance the B2B loyalty ordering program through regular performance reviews and strategic optimizations.
  • Manage various program managers and creative personal
  • Represent the brand at U.S. trade shows and industry events as needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
  • 7-10 years of brand management experience (skincare, aesthetics required)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer behavior
  • Skilled communicator with experience negotiating and collaborating across teams and with suppliers
  • High Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
