About the role for Director of Pharmacy:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with subordinate managers and sales staff to evaluate monthly P & L and formulate strategies to improve performance
• Establish and implement short-and-long term goals and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
• Building Strong Relationships With Your Team. Hire, coach, mentor, lead and develop staff, performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary

What you bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy preferred)
• Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in state of employment
• 5+ years of prior management experience
• 3+ years of previous home infusion experience
