JOB DESCRIPTION:
The IVIg Sales Specialist is responsible for building and promoting the Company’s pharmaceutical sales and revenue to targeted physicians, nurses, and pharmacists in the healthcare industry with a strong alignment to Specialty Pharmacies. They will work with customers to support and understand their business objectives and critical success factors. This position will establish and utilize professional relationships, internally and externally, to generate support, meet challenges, and create opportunities within their sales territory. The IVIg Sales Specialist develops and implements strategies and tactics to consistently meet or exceed Company quarterly sales goals.
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing and growing sales in the designated regional territory for the Company, achieving outlined quarterly sales targets.
- Generates new leads and expands customer base.
- Network and develop working relationships with key customers to identify and address specific needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clients’ requirements are met
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
- Ensure brand consistency
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends
- Investigate the customer needs and wants while identifying measures for sales pull- through
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings according to company standards.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for drug launch and sales pull-through
- Stay up to date with internal and external developments, market research, and develop plans to increase sales
- Participate in sales market development, including participation in national and regional conferences, corporate meetings, analyst meetings, and others as requested.
- Maintain communication with the CCO and commercial team, keeping them appraised of developments and changes impacting US business and sales positioning.
- Ensures adherence to all relevant regulatory and commercial guidelines, including the Sunshine Act, Company Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and other regulations and policies.
- The CCO or appropriate management executives may request further duties and responsibilities.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare sales
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum five years’ experience in plasma, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales with considerable territory management expertise. Prior experience in plasma or immunoglobulin sales is preferred.

- Possess the ability to assess customer situations and use it to guide planning and sales growth.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
Geography includes ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, Upstate NY, and Washington DC – 75% travel
